Limited edition of 500 copies.
The first cry of our brand new blazing DDJ series dedicated to synchronizations lasts 18 minutes: it's the lenght of the first cue of this astonishing album realized by Maestro Piero Piccioni with the help of some great artists among which Luis Bacalov. 18 minutes of pure energy, a triumph of Disco Music coming from 1979: the year in which we enjoy the finest Philadelphia sound and we see long trails in front of STUDIO 54. FIRE STARS DANCES is genius, talent, performance declined in the funky key and given through a much original method: the disco music arrangements of the Borodin opera, the dances of Prince Igor. Strings, voices, percussions, rhythms, choirs, everything arranged in a diabolical explosion of energy that overwhelms and stuns us.
In 1979 General Music released an LP with four tracks, a maxy single for DJs with all of thuis music and not only. Also present in the album other cues in the same style that complete the tracklist giving the product a very precious aspect.
In this 2011 edition, remastered with great capability by Claudio Fuiano, we find all the original tracklist, included a cue vocalised by Edda Dell'Orso that anticipates "Caffè del Mar" style along with two never released before version of FIRE STARS DANCES.
The CD is in SLIM JEWELBOX format, with a maxy inlay reproducing the original artwork of the 1979 album: if you'll not own it you'll never bite the apple...
