What if there existed a band in which artists such as Abel Ferrara, Pippo Franco, Fabio Frizzi and maurizio de Angelis could play or improvise on their film music and cult songs? Would you choose a hit like "Bulldozer?"
Rarities like "Fruscio di foglie verdi" and "navajo Joe" by ennio morricone?
Absurdities like "Corrooccoccò" by Franco Pisano? Why not? This band does exist, and its name is Statale 66. Thanks in part to Luca rea, last year the band got into the Stracult family and proved to be a vital and fundamental part of the show and of an entire cultural project that is committed to the valorization and diffusion of our beloved italian genre cinema. names such as Ennio Morricone, Franco micalizzi, Piero umiliani, Fabio Frizzi, Luis Bacalov, Armando Trovajoli, Angelo Francesco Lavagnino and many others gave this cinema a brilliant sound created through experimentation, passion and proficiency; just think about our western o spy movies! no doubt Stracult, at least in its talk show format, couldn't exist without music and without the presence of Statale 66, without the constant presence of Alessandro, mary, Giulia and danilo who make Stracult's dreams possible in a show that is built upon the cult phenomenon and its extremes. But can we do "Venere 2000?"
And "Candy Candy?"
