Beat Records is glad to announce a new series of releases dedicated to the work and memory of a Maestro composer very close to our publishing group, Vasco Vassil Kojucharov, of whom Franco and Luciana De Gemini were even marriage witnesses. The Maestro's contribution to the 8th art has always been concealed in hidden archives, if not for the few albums released by Beat Records during the years. Thanks to the precious archival collection of Nomus Ass.ne Cult.le, in Milan, it has been possible to trace back in their vaults important recordings featuring a ton of totally-unreleased scores that will finally have the chance to be released. This miraculous discovery, made possible thanks to Nomus archivists (including Alessandro Bratus) and the Kojucharov estate, is celebrated with this first release of a nearly mythological soundtrack, awaited for decades by Italian Western soundtrack fans, Sono Sartana, il vostro becchino. One of the biggest heroes of Italian Western characters is the protagonist of this movie, directed by Giuliano Carmineo in 1969 with a great cast including Gianni Garko, Klaus Kinski, Frank Wolff, Sal Borgese and Gordon Mitchell. It was an important production at that time, featuring beautiful music composed by the Maestro, as always respectful of the canon but gifted with a unique and distinctive touch, typical of the composer's music, so skillful in applying his unique style to different genres. Released as part of our iconic CDCR series, the CD comes in a jewel case featuring a 12-page booklet, mastering by Enrico De Gemini, liner notes by Alessandro Bratus and graphic layout by Daniele De Gemini. - Beat Records
