Sky Bandits (1986) was an epic in every way. Well, maybe not every way ... but it sure was in one way ... the music! The film's score, by Croatian composer Alfi Kabiljo, was a huge symphonic work that simply overflowed with enthusiasm and spirit. Recorded with London's famed National Philharmonic Orchestra, it is a score which truly explodes past expectations. Out of print for approximately 15 years, we resurrected the End Credits for inclusion on the second volume of Varèse Sarabande's 25th Anniversary Celebration discs. At the time, reminding people how much fun the score is and introducing a whole new generation to it, we received many requests for a full reissue. Now, celebrating the 20th anniversary of the film's release, Alfi Kabiljo's Sky Bandits comes to CD!
The CD also features new liner notes by Mr. Kabiljo himself!
