I giorni dispari is a 1999 film directed by debutant Dominick Tambasco, who engages in the history of two female characters, three interlinked stories and a camera to document their vicissitudes, including friendships found and bidden farewell.
Maestro Ludovico Einaudi's score feeds on this varied background and the vibrancy of the progressive movement of the heart, creating a dense soundtrack, neoclassical and full of references and extremely cultured nuances marked by the contrast of lyrical pianism and rock songs that lean toward metal.
A little masterpiece overlooked for far too long is now finally available on CD, complete with a 12-page booklet, liner notes by Roberto Pugliese (Colonnesonore.net), mastering by Enrico De Gemini and layout by Alessio Iannuzzi.
