Kronos Records The Gold Collection is proud to present for the first time ever in any format the soundtrack of I DIAVOLI DELLA GUERRA (WAR DEVILS). This 1969 film starring Guy Madison, Venantino Venantini, Anthony Steel and Pascale Petit was directed by Bitto Albertini. In the film a German Captain (Venantini) and American Captain (Madison) help each other survive the North African desert during WWII. They meet again a year later during combat operations in France
The music for I DIAVOLI DELLA GUERRA (WAR DEVILS) was written by legendary Italian veteran compsoer STELVIO CIPRIANI, composer of The Bounty Killer, The Anonymous Venetian, Blindman, Death Walks on High Heels, Baron Blood, Rabid Dogs, Suor Emanuelle, Voices from Beyond and many more. The CD contains all the music CIPRIANI wrote for the film in film order, followed by an additional almost 30 tracks of music that did not make it in the film; since music from other films was also included in the cinema version (most notably music from QUEL MALEDETTO PONTE SULL ELBA by MICHELE LACERENZA, CD also on KRONOS RECORDS) substituting the original music that is presented for the first time ever on CD and any other format.
