Kronos Records presents Encontrados a NYC (Met In NYC) telling of three friends in their early thirties, who tired of their meaningless life in Seville, in a strange set of events end up traveling two days to NYC, where they will discover the city and more important, themselves.
Spanish composer Sergio Pena who is fluent both as composer for screen and also as song writer was the perfect choice to score this film. He has penned a beautiful and elegant score. The dramatic music is warm and intimate as the characters are whereas the more urban and jazzy music resonates perfectly with the city they traveled to find themselves into.
A lovely score featuring pianist Abe Rábade.
